We are an active sociable and creative bunch of people who are looking for like-minded energetic people to come and join our team. No day is ever the same and every day is a whirl of activity.  The people we support are always out and about doing various activities on a daily basis. Some days they may need support going to work and other days with their hobbies and activities. If you are a lover of the outdoors you will fit in nicely and if you are into sports such as swimming or cycling even better! Any budding artists and music lovers are welcome too as the people we support enjoy a variety of activities. The most important thing is that you are passionate about what you do and compassionate towards the people we support.

About Us:

Meadow View supports individuals with autism, moderate to severe learning disabilities and complex needs, including behaviours considered to challenge and dual diagnosis. The service aims to provide each tenant with the opportunity to maximise their potential and to be valued and contributing members of the local community.

This is service has 8 bedrooms with ensuites and 3 self-contained apartments. Its located in a semi-rural location so it is essential you have means of transport as there is no public transport here.

Role Overview

You will provide care and support personalised to the individuals we support in line with their Care Plan. You will work within the team to provide individual high quality person-centred care to individuals we support, supporting each to reach their optimum potential. The ability to drive and access to your own vehicle would be desirable, but it is not essential.
