We specialise in management systems compliance & expert advice across a broad spectrum of standards, schemes & business improvement services to include customised training & assurance. In Inspection Services, we certify safety critical industrial equipment according to recognised codes, standards & regulations. We also partner with companies to provide tailored high-quality inspection services throughout their manufacturing supply chains, making sure equipment is built safely & to their requirements. 

We have recently announced that BA&IS + Nettitude will be leaving the LR Group and will become a standalone business (LRQA) under the ownership of Goldman Sachs Asset Management.  It’s an exciting time to join our business as we have ambitious plans for growth.

The role: 

Working as part of our HR team you will contribute to the development and execution of our digital recruitment marketing strategy. We believe there is huge potential that can be unlocked through enhancing our online presence, and you can play a key role in drive this. 

Working week:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6pm / 40hrs a week.

Daily tasks/What will you learn

Throughout the apprenticeship, you will gain exposure to a wide range of Marketing and HR activities, including: 

  • Support recruitment lead with digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms by using SEO, paid search or paid social campaigns to drive candidate engagement and retention.
  • Use a variety of sources in line with the LR branding and social media policies (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) with a focus on direct sourced (passive) candidates – connecting directly with potential candidates for roles.
  • Interact with professionals on niche platforms, and or local channels to support D&I initiatives etc.
  • Create and maximise content for our career’s website including creating and uploading career stories/articles and profiles of key roles. Also, this will include developing social cards and templates and using appropriate imagery as part of our social campaigns.
  • Encourage referrals strategy but particularly through establishing and managing communications.
  • Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the workforce plans – particularly in tech and digital space where we currently spend most with agencies.
  • Measure and evaluate the success of digital recruitment marketing activities.

Entry requirements: 

Standard Entry: 

  • To be eligible to study for a degree, typically candidates will have achieved grade C or above in at least five GCSEs, and at least two A-levels passes or any equivalent Level 3 qualifications.
  • Any Level 3 Apprenticeship

Non-standard Entry with work experience: 

  • Equivalent work experience (typically 2 years relevant experience at an appropriate level) – candidates may have previously been in a digital marketer role or be able to demonstrate a real passion and personal experience in digital marketing.
  • Relevant professional qualifications and/or work experience will be taken into consideration where the applicant has the judged potential to benefit from the programme, allowing for contextualized applications. The nature of an applicant’s work experience is as important if not more so than the duration of that experience. The experience could include Digital and Marketing Analysts, Digital Marketing Executives, Digital Marketing Campaign Managers, Social Media Specialists, Content Marketing Executives, Digital Producers and Pay Per Click Analysts.

Informal Interviews: 

Informal interviews may be held by academic/ admissions staff where: 

  • The suitability of a candidate is in doubt and further evidence is sought. 
  • The candidate presents an unusual set of qualifications taken or pending, and an appropriate conditional offer needs to be determined. 
  • Candidates may need advice on the appropriateness of the programme.
