Overview: 

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of the IT team at Lumesca, where you will benefit from a structured work-based apprenticeship training programme. 

Main responsibilities: 

  • Triage service desk cases
  • Resolve immediately solvable problems
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate team member
  • Focus on learning to maintain the product and pricing data in Netsuite
  • Learn to perform basic administration of Netsuite
  • Learn to create and modify Netsuite reports, Analytic workbooks and saved searches.
  • Document processes
  • Learn to administer basic Office 365 functions
  • Any other work as required by IT management

  • A willingness to learn about business processes to become a valuable partner 

Entry requirements:

You need to have 5 GCSE’s:

  • Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D or above
  • 3x GCSE’s grade A-C in any other subject

You must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level, or higher level than this apprenticeship. 

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:

9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week.

Holidays:

  • 20 days holiday in first year -- rising to 25 in year 2.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
