Job overview:

To support the planning, creation, implementation and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns and activities across a wide range of our product categories. These digital campaigns are designed to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across a variety of social media platforms, as well as other digital marketing channels. 

Main role:

This role offers the unique opportunity to develop your digital marketing skills within a company that is currently embarking on an exciting digital transformation.  You will have an individual development plan in place to support your professional development along with gaining practical skills, whilst working towards achieving a formal qualification in Digital Marketing. A Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship Standard studied with QA our chosen training provider.

Primary duties include:

  • To live by the JELD-WEN Values
  • To assist in the creation and management of social media posts across social media platforms – LinkedIn/Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest
  • Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create and send email communications to external customers
  • To assist and manage with website updates, content and maintenance
  • To create SEO (search engine optimisation) blog articles aligned to a wider marketing plan
  • Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting
  • General digital marketing admin responsibility

  • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
  • French as an additional language would be advantageous, but not essential

Entry requirements:

You need to have 5 GCSE’s:

  • Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D or above
  • 3x GCSE’s grade A-C in any other subject

You must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level, or higher level than this apprenticeship.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working week:

5 days per week,
Monday – Friday,
37.5hrs per week [all details will be confirmed with the employer]


You will be paid £269.23 - £307.88 per week whilst in your apprenticeship.
